Race Pack Collection Authority Letter

Cannot make it? Someone else can still collect your race pack with a stamped letter of authority. We prepare the official template from your own order details.

How to create your letter

  1. Open your order page — we send the link by email once your payment is confirmed.
  2. On that page, choose the Race Pack Collection Authority Letter button.
  3. Fill in both parties' details, download the PDF, then print it and sign across a duty stamp.

What the person collecting must bring

Anyone may collect on your behalf, bringing a letter of authority (surat kuasa) carrying a Rp10,000 duty stamp, a copy of your KTP or passport, and their own original KTP. Your signature must cross the stamp — partly on the stamp, partly on the paper — as required by Law No. 10 of 2020 on Stamp Duty.

The letter can only be created from your own order page. Its details come straight from that order, so the order number and participant names are always right and nobody can produce one in your name.
