Early Bird opens on August 29, 2026. The later phases (Presale, Couple, Concert and Regular) follow, and are announced on this site and on SMB’s official Instagram.

Fill in the registration form with your details and those of every participant, and you will be taken to an order page with a QRIS code.

Pay the amount shown, send proof of transfer using the WhatsApp button on that page, then wait for our confirmation email.

3 hours from the moment the order is created. The time remaining is shown on your order page.

The countdown pauses outside our service hours and resumes the next morning, so the time you are given is time our team could actually have confirmed your transfer in. An evening order does not lapse while you sleep.

Do not place another order — message us instead and the crew will correct it on the existing one. The sooner the better: once the race packs go into production a name or a size can no longer be changed by anyone, so it is worth telling us as soon as you notice.

Do not place another order — you would end up paying twice. Send your proof of transfer from your order page and tell us what you sent; the crew will match it by hand. Your order stays valid while you wait, and its deadline is on that page.

The order expires automatically and its slot returns to the quota. You can register again while places remain.

Yes. One identity (email or phone number) may hold up to 4 tickets, and you enter each participant's details in a single order. For the Couple category the limit is 1 set per identity.

One Couple set contains 2 tickets for 2 runners, bought together. The price shown is per set, so the price per person is half of it.

The race pack contains a jersey, your BIB, a tote bag, a glow wristband and goodies from our sponsors and partners. The jersey size follows the choice you made at registration. The finisher medal is not in the race pack: it is given at the finish line on race night to every runner who finishes.

One person collects every race pack on an order, so the other runners need not come or bring their IDs. The buyer brings their own original ID: a KTP, SIM or passport, or under 17 a student card or Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA). If the buyer cannot come, a runner named on the order can collect instead, with their own original ID and the buyer's ID, which may be the card itself, a photocopy or a photo. Bring the QR code on your receipt too: on its own it is not enough.

Yes. If nobody named on the order can come, someone else can collect with a letter of authority (surat kuasa) signed by the buyer over a Rp10,000 duty stamp, the buyer's ID (the card, a photocopy or a photo), and their own original ID.

Tickets cannot be refunded or resold. A runner can be replaced by someone else within the same order until registration for race-pack tickets closes, or a later date we announce: message us on WhatsApp and we send you a form. Your order page shows the change once the crew have saved it. Typos can still be corrected — see the question about typos and jersey sizes above.

Children under 6 on race day join free — no ticket needed — as long as they run with a parent or guardian.

Runners aged 6–15 need a ticket and cannot register alone: someone aged 16 or over must be on the same order and confirm they are the parent or guardian. From that age up you can register on your own.

Every 5K ticket already includes the concert. A concert-only ticket admits you to the event area for the performances. It does not include the 5K run or a race pack, but it comes with a tote bag and a glow wristband, picked up at race pack collection.

The cut-off time (COT) is 90 minutes after the start: the time limit for reaching the finish.

Payments are confirmed manually by our team during our service hours, so anything sent outside those hours is handled the next morning. Please check your spam folder too. If it is still missing after that, contact us with your order number.
